  What a fantastic experience. Went in at 9am to look at their bedroom furniture and was met by a lovely lady Laurissa who showed me through the showroom and oh my! What amazing furniture. I spent a good 90 mins deciding what bed I would take and finally settled on the Eiffel with matching mirror sides and mattress all for under 4K. Then the most amazing thing happens she asks when I would like it delivered as they had free delivery on all the metro area and I said ASAP and she said in an hour. I drove home to be followed half hour later with my complete package. What an easy hassle free and prompt experience this was. Thanks again Laurissa and AURA Team for all your help and willingness.   Don't waste your valuable time nd money with this people.
  Worst customer service, full of lies,no words at all.
  Ordered bed nd mattress, delivered woth missing items, called them nd ask for the remaining parts, they have asked me to fill up the form nd advice me that it will dispatch next day,few days no words from them.
  Call them again nd now they have said that they have to order the remaining parts,it will take week or more.
  Really disappointed with service.
  Authorities needs to look at this reatailservice.
