  There I was for my doctor's appointment which was scheduled for 1pm, 10 minutes early as instructed on their web site. 1.20, there I was, still! Waiting to be seen. I decided enough, and enquired at reception as to why I was still waiting. I was told I did not announce my arrival therefore I was not there. I was sitting in plain view for all to see. If I was supposed to announce myself, why did someone not enquire as to why this person was just sitting there! More so, I was seen arriving!
  
  This was supposed to be my second visit to the surgery, never announced my arrival the first time, no problem that time!
  
  I looked for a feedback section on their site - none! (maybe I missed it, but I doubt it). So, I have no other choice to air my dismay via this public domain.
  
  How many other customers are treated this way!
  
  So they lose their business...
